Easy Returns & Free Exchanges
We will gladly accept your return of unworn and resaleable merchandise within 30 days from the date of purchase. To return an item, simply email customer service at email@example.com stating the reason for your return and to obtain a return authorization number. Then place the RA number on the outside of the box and ship your item(s) back within 30 days to 3101 W Exposition Pl,Los Angeles, CA 90018 and we'll refund or exchange your product.No returns will be accepted without a return authorization number.
When returning footwear, it is required that you place the original shoe box and footwear inside of the shipping box or wrap that came with the order. No footwear returns will be accepted otherwise. A credit should appear on your credit card within two billing cycles for the return of unworn resalable merchandise.
There are no refunds available for merchandise returned after the 30-day period.
If you suspect a defect on worn merchandise, the merchandise must be returned for inspection and a determination of eligibility for a refund, exchange or merchandise credit. If it has been soiled, it must be washed prior to returning. All returned merchandise in soiled condition will not be issued an exchange or refund.

Thank you for your purchase from lclothes. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for some reason you need to make a return or exchange please note:
1. No exchanges or returns will be accepted after 30 days from the date of purchase.
2. lclothes requires all footwear be worn on carpet to ensure a proper fit without damaging the sole.
3. All items returned within 30 days with a receipt, in new condition (including tags on clothing) will be refunded or exchanged.
4. All sales final on clearance items.
